Hi everybody! My spring sale in my fabric shoppe is still going strong, so I'm afraid I don't have time for lengthy blogposts. Please bear with me! Instead I pulled some random photos from my file for you to enjoy :)

Hallo, ihr Lieben! Die Frühjahrs Rabatt Aktion bei Dawanda läuft noch bis zum 6.04., also wer noch Material benötigt, nichts wie hin :) Da noch eine Menge Arbeit auf mich wartet, muss ich mich heute wieder kurz fassen - ich bitte um Verständnis! Stattdessen gibt's heute eine Auswahl von Fotos, die über mehrere Wochen entstanden sind. Ich hoffe sie gefallen :)

Just in case you thought all of my dishes were colourful and floral...

Bei mir zuhause gibt's nicht nur bunte Blümchenmuster...

 

These funky espresso cups with newspaper print are over ten years old ~ a gift from a friend. Don't you just love the kitty on the postcard? The black beret and the black and white striped "sweater" are too cute! Sammy would never allow it ;-)

Diese witzigen Espresso Tassen mit dem Zeitungsdruck sind über zehn Jahre alt ~ ein Geschenk von lieben Freunden. Die Postkarte mit der Katze musste mit ins Bild - die finde ich ja so niedlich mit der schwarzen Baskenmütze und dem schwarz-weiß gestreiften Pulli! Sammy würde sich das niemals gefallen lassen ;-)

If you are wondering what these little balls are...they are in fact rolled tea leaves called Dragon Pearls. Just thought they looked nice in the small white scalloped dish!

Die kleinen Bällchen sind keine Pfefferkörner...das sind gerollte Teeblätter, genannt Dragon Pearls. Ein schöner Kontrast zu dem weißen Muffinförmchen!

Last but not least, my snow white pajama set has been included in this aptly named black and white Etsy treasury curated by the talented Pam of Bates Mercantile Co. I appreciate it very much, thank you Pam!

Hello again...

Thank you, everyone, for your kind comments to my previous post. I appreciate them SO much! I feel somewhat better today, but must be careful about what I eat. Sadly, I had to cancel the Hello Etsy meeting in Berlin ~ I'm catching up via their livestream ~ and it would have been lovely to meet my fellow team members there, but it was not to be :(

Vielen, lieben Dank für eure Genesungswünsche zu meinem letzten Blogeintrag. Schon beim Lesen eurer lieben Kommentare habe mich ein Stück weit besser gefühlt. Danke dafür! Es geht mir in der Tat wesentlich besser, dennoch muss ich in der nächsten Zeit sehr darauf achten was ich esse. Leider konnte ich nicht an der Hello Etsy Tagung in Berlin teilnehmen (versuche über die Livestreams mehr zu erfahren), und liebend gern hätte ich die anderen Team-Mitglieder persönlich kennengelernt. Sollte nicht sein :(
Trotzdem freue ich mich, dass meine Püncktchen-Shorts in die obige Collage aufgenommen wurde. Ein kleines Trostpflaster sozusagen. Vielen Dank an Cheryl , die diese Etsy Collage zusammengestellt hat!

This is so cute :) 

Wake up to a sunny morning

My ruffle shorts are getting more new views on Etsy lately, not least because the weather is finally warming up! I've made some for friends and my mom is going to receive a pair for Mother's Day - she's been asking me for a while now. And recently my rose and gingham ruffle shorts were featured in this lovely treasury by Lucia. It thrills me when one of my items is picked. It sort of validates that I'm on the right track and my stuff does get seen among - what feels like - a bazillion items on Etsy! I'll be making some more in different colours and patterns in the near future. Here's to springtime and sunshine!

Originally from Israel, Hila creates fabulous Japanese-inspired jewelry after having spent a couple of years living there. So I figured out what was wrong with my FB widget, as judging by the comments to my previous post it only affected me. Turns out that it only works when I'm logged in as my profile - as soon as I log in as my page the widget goes blank. Whatever.

Etsy is being really, really good to me. What can I say? Ich liebe Etsy - that's I love Etsy in German. An assortment of my products have been included in five more treasuries - I'm not going to list all of them here - just my favourite one by MySuperSweetBoutique.

My French Knickers are in the second row, far left. Also, I listed some sleepmasks, including this lovely Vintage inspired birdy one - and it's the last one! Hurry, if you want it. Remember - I reduced international shipping to only USD 6,- on small items.
