Monday Moodboard

Hi everybody! Hope you all enjoyed your weekend. Mine was certainly eventful and fun...in fact, I'm still recovering ;-) I'll be posting about my blogger meeting later this week once I get all my pics organized, but for now here's another moodboard for you! Hope you like it :)

Hallo Mädels! Ich hoffe Ihr hattet ein entspanntes Wochenende. Meins war ziemlich aufregend und ereignisreich...ich muss mich noch ein wenig davon erholen ;-) Sobald ich die Fotos sortiert habe erzähl ich Euch über mein erstes Bloggertreffen! Make your own candy stand

Here's a pop of colour that will brighten any rainy April day! Simply mix and match your favourite dishes making sure that the tiers get smaller towards top! Now fill with candy, chocolates or Easter eggs! In our house those won't last very long, but there's always the pretty dishes to look at :)

Etwas Farbe an einem verregneten Apriltag gefällig? Diese bunt-fröhliche Etagère könnt ihr mit verschieden gemusterten Tellern, Schüsseln und Tassen selbst zusammenbauen! Mit Bonbons, Pralinen oder Schokoeier füllen! Die Naschereien halten bei uns bestimmt nicht lange :)

Hello Blogfriends...

Hard to believe I've had this blog for almost a year now! I've also realized something: Although I know what all my blogging friends look like, I've managed to stay anonymous so far! Not fair, right? Okay....so here are a couple of pics of moi. This is the only pic where I managed to stand still. That's my creativity board behind me. Most of the time I was making funny faces at my husband and laughing my head off!

Gilmore Girls reminds me a little bit of the town I live in! 3. Hund, Katze, Maus (dog, cat, mouse) a nice show where various animals are portrayed; also shows rescued animals and proper dog training. Very entertaining! I've always been fascinated by linguistics, so I do take more than a passing interest in the verification word that occasionally pops up when I comment on your blogs ☺ I've listed a few below along with my explanation. For this you must use your imagination a little... thyper - a hyper kid with a lisp unfrie - it isn't free! reinging - German. past tense of 'rein gehen'. Engl. transl. to go in macurani - southern Indian noodle specialty frenzld - this is how I feel and look after shopping for groceries, cooking, washing up, ironing a week's worth of shirts, translating a text on the benefits of wearing orthopaedic shoes, and tutoring unruly 10-year olds! Isn't this so much better than Esperanto? *the caption reads - had a good laugh yet?
