How to make: Wash and dry berries (any berries you like). Place in a freezer bag and freeze for approx. 30 min. Put berries, yoghurt, 50 gr sugar, 2 tablespoons cream, a little lemon juice in a mixing bowl (or food processor) and purée until smooth. Pour mixture into a flat sealable plastic container suitable for the freezer and freeze about 11/2 hrs. Then spoon into dessert bowls, decorate with remaining berries and serve immediately.
Happy Weekend!

Yum! Sounds delicious!
This looks delicious! I can't wait to try it.
Sounds so delicious and easy! I love the first picture!
This sounds delicious! Our area has really great blackberries this time of year, so we should give this a try!
I have been wanting to try something like this as a berry and yogurt lover! Jim mixes crushed pineapple with plain yogurt. Then freezes it! Pineapple is not my thing though so this berry mix sounds delicious.
Liebe Duni,
;o)
Lieben Gruß von
Claudia
So tasty! I love fruit and you have beautiful photos!
Sarah

I like to have a bowl of that! I am amazed by the texture, it looks like it was made with an icecream machine.
