Monday Moodboard

Hi there!

I can't believe we are nearing the end of March already! I was going to tend to the garden, but I have more pressing issues on my schedule this week. I'm glad we went for a low maintenance garden that can wait another week or two. But I digress...

Today's mood board is inspired by this month's birthstone. Aquamarine symbolizes serenity, courage and harmony and is connected to the moon and carries the healing and calming qualities of the sea. I feel like my chosen items perfectly reflect this. Happy Monday!

Aquamarine is the birthstone for March. It's pale blue colour beautifully complements spring wardrobes and is said to have a calming effect. No wonder beach/ocean photos are so popular!

The aquamarine is the birthstone for March and happens to be part of the Pantone Spring color palette. I've seen this colour pop up everywhere, surprisingly in combination with Marsala :) Personally I prefer it on its own or combined with other pastels. How about you?
