Inspired by a cute project in the book Eline's Huis I made these slightly different hearts using white linen fabric. Before cutting and sewing I handstamped them with nostalgic motifs, embellished them with buttons and sewed on a satin ribbon for hanging. They are filled with polyfiber and dried organic lavender.

Eine süße Idee aus dem Buch Eline's Huis hat mich zu diesen Herzen inspiriert, wobei meine aus weißem Leinen sind. Vor dem Schneiden und Nähen habe ich den Stoff mit nostalgischen Motiven bestempelt, ein Satinband zum Aufhängen angenäht und mit diversen Knöpfen verziert. Sie sind mit Füllwatte und Biolavendel gefüllt.

Tomorrow I'll be going to this years trade fair. I have appointments with a couple of new suppliers, so I'll probably only be back late on Sunday. I hope to source wonderful new fabrics and all sorts of fun notions!

Morgen fahre ich zu der diesjährigen Stoffmesse . Ich habe einige Termine mit neuen Lieferanten und freue mich auf die neuen Kollektionen. Ich hoffe auch bei den Kurzwaren fündig zu werden. z.B. witzige Knöpfe, bunte Borten und feine Spitze!
