Brrr...frosty
The first layer of snow fell during the night. Usually I wake with the birds, but it was so silent this morning that I overslept. Currently it's a frosty -4°C (about 20°F). I was planning to visit our local Christmas Market later today to soak in a bit of Christmassy cheer. Okay, there are only a handful of huts, but I might as well make the most of what we've got here since I'm not sure if I'll be able to visit the Xmas market in the big city this year.
Do you know what I really dislike about this season? All those layers of clothes and the amount of time it takes to put them on!

I woke up to snow yesterday morning. BRRRR. I hibernated all day long and never left the house. I may do the same again today. I'm with you on all those layers of clothes. I usually wear 3 layers when I go to work. All that extra laundry in the winter is a real pain :)
ReplyDeleteI like snow as long as I don't have to go out in it - other to play with Sadie for a bit of course. I just don't like being cold anymore. I'll dream of summer beaches to try to stay warm!
ReplyDeleteHugs to Sammy!
Wow...snow, uk. I love snow, I do, but for some reason I just can't get into the winter mood this year. I agree about the getting dressed thing too...I miss my flip flops.
ReplyDeleteI like cozy and that's the feeling I get being wrapped up in my layers of clothes. It is good that God still blesses us with the different seasons. I think it would get boring having the same temps all the time. We usually don't have snow in SW Georgia but they are predicting it for this Friday. We will see!
ReplyDeleteThanks again for revisiting my blog and leaving your truthful comment. Self taught, huh? Now I am truly impressed!
