The above sign was a birthday gift. For the benefit of my English-speaking readers I've translated the text as best I could :)
I put down my book "The meaning of Zen" and watch my cat smile contentedly while she gently cleans her furs with her little pink tongue. "Kitty, I'd love to give you this book, but it seems you have read it already."
She stops her cleaning ritual long enough to look straight into my eyes and purrs "Don't be silly, I wrote it."

Ich bewundere immer wie sehr unser Kater die Ruhe weg hat...und ich liebe es ihm zuzusehen wenn er total entspannt irgendwie rumlümmelt und die Welt einfach Welt sein lässt!
