Nein, nicht ich...meine Schlafbrillen und das Dossier für die Presse aber!
But let me start from the beginning. Last month I was invited by co-founders Valerie and Nikki to join The Artisan Group, an exclusive art promotions group. Among their many activities these hard-working ladies also distribute your handcrafted items to the Press and help with every step of the process. So what exactly goes into a Press Pack? Obviously the handmade item, in my case ten of my sleep masks and pouch, which are easy to ship and handle. Each one includes contact details (my business card), and the whole package should be accompanied by a press release.
Also, mal ganz von vorn. Letzen Monat wurde ich von den zwei lieben Mädels Valerie und Nikki eingeladen die "The Artisan Group" Gruppe beizutreten. The Artisan Group unterstützt Kunstgewerbler mit Werbung/Promotion ihrer handgefertigten Produkte, u.a. leisten die beiden Hilfestellung bei der Zusammenstellung eines Pressedossiers. Was gehört da eigentlich rein? Natürlich das handgefertigte Produkt, in meinem Fall zehn meiner Schlafbrillen inkl. Beutelchen, da diese leicht zu verschicken sind. Außerdem jeweils die gleiche Anzahl an Visitenkarten und natürlich die Pressemitteilung.
Apart from sewing the items, I punched out little tags and handstamped them...that was kind of fun! The finished items will be shipped as soon as I get the green light from Val & Nikki...
Abgesehen vom nähen der Ware, habe ich kleine Tags ausgestanzt und bestempelt...das hat Spaß gemacht!
Und bald gehen sie auf die Reise...

Es ist mal ausnahmsweise wunderschön sonnig draussen. Ich werde den Tag im Garten verbringen und die Sonne geniessen, so lange sie noch scheint! Wünsch euch allen einen entspannten Sonntag - vielleicht scheint bei euch ja auch die Sonne!

Ich bin immernoch krank und ohne Antibiotikum geht es leider doch nicht. Timons Krankheit hat mich einfach zu sehr mitgenommen...
