Woohoo! Look what I got...

I just went downstairs to pick up my mail - and what do I see? It's a package from Kat of Candles, Crafts & Whatnot fame! I couldn't wait to open it. I was so excited. I knew that inside was a gift for me as part of the 'Generosity Award'. Kat mentioned in an email to me that she wouldn't reveal what it was. Then I unwrapped it and out came this amazingly beautiful polymer clay pen in my favourite colour pink (thank you for remembering that, Kat) along with a sweet notecard that even smelled good! Kat, I am absolutely thrilled to be one of your recipients of this gorgeous gift. I have truly never seen anything like it, and I'm sure I'm the only person in this town to own one! How cool is that? Your lovely handmade pen will grace my desk from now on. I also like the smooth feel of it, and it lies well in my hand. Best of all it's refillable. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! I have also been invited to take part, and I will get round to it, I promise! I'm just not the quickest crafter ☺ But first, let me share some photos of my beautiful pen, handmade by Kat:
The gorgeous pen plus sweet note card (there's also a neat little description of the pen inside)
...and that's me already using it. It's great!
Kat, I can't thank you enough. We may be far apart geographically, but as a friend you're close to my heart. Enjoy your weekend

Wow Duni, it is a pretty pen. I notice from your picture, that even though it is only a pen & a gift, KAT still put the package in bubble wrap envelope. Thanks for sharing your great gift picture, I just happy to read it :)

What a great pen! I saw one like this on another blog the other day, I wonder if it's from the same person!
As far as the 2 blogs go, I hope I have time to keep up with them. Summer is coming afterall! I actually just started with the other one, so I don't even have a custom design yet, it's all in the works still!
