Catching up on awards and stuff!

A while ago I received a bunch of awards, and today I want to start by acknowledging the first one. I received this wonderful award from Abby over at Simply Charming in S.C. Thank you so much Abby for cheering me up with this award. Along with this award I'm to name 5 things that are grand in my life. Here they are: 1. my hubby - thank you with all my heart for your support and love, especially these last trying weeks. I don't think I'd have survived my ordeal without you... 2. that Sammy is a healthy cat 3. Anyway, here are seven more random facts about me you never thought you needed to know ☺ 1. I'm myopic. Yes, it's true. But I'm also a tad vain, so I wear contacts most of the time. 2. My hair started going grey at the temples at age 22. I've had to dye it a dark brown ever since. 3. I love reading books on quantum physics. 4. I'm afraid of nose bleeds (my own). 5. My all-time favourite band are 'Dire Straits' 6. In 2007 I wrote a novel - as yet unpublished :( 7. I'm prone to vomiting. Anytime. Anywhere.* *oops... was that too much information?
